"Great little place in Treorchy. Very impressed with the rooms and very polite and helpful staff. Only drawback is more structural as there seems to be subsidence (or similar) and this causes the shower to overflow onto the floor and out of the tray (seems it is leaning to the door and not going down the drain. Rm 1. Creating wet area having to ram the floor towel to stop it going everywhere. Not a criticism but maybe add bigger door seals at the bottom of the shower door or put a higher lip on...

"The shower area was great. The room was comfortable. All nicely done. The area it was in is up and coming. There is no elevator, so if you are in rooms 5,6,7 or 8 plan on going up 2 and 3 flights of stairs. Parking is close by."

"Hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very attentive. The only issue we had was no hot water in bath or basin but shower was lovely and hot. The issue was dealt with very efficiently by staff as soon as we told them. Breakfast was very good value at just £7.50 pp which included cooked breakfast, toast, cereal, juice plus unlimited tea and coffee."

"I like the room was clean /airy and fresh . Central position to use the cafe and bars of Neath . Negative ,they did try and charge me the second time but did sort it out … Local Parking is available at extra cost ."
