"Our room, #3, overlooks the water/dock/boats. Entry to the room is from the bar/dining area. Fortunately, the restaurant/bar was not busy the night we stayed so noise was not a problem. The decor is of a bygone era. Service was very friendly and quick. The food was good, too."

We enjoyed the contact with nature, the pool that is always very well looked after, the ice bath and the table tennis court, in addition to the other comforts it offers. "We booked this hotel for a quick stay after a long days bus ride. At time of booking a message was sent to management letting them know that our arrival to the hotel would be late as there was a lengthy bus ride and as the expedia app explained late check in was available as per availability whatever that means. The hotel responded a little later that late check in would not be possible and sorry for the inconvenience. Inconvenience? We were only a few hours from our destination at this point...

"The local host Denier was more than accommodating, I would return because of his management skills, you can tell he likes to run a happy and friendly, secure hotel. Excellent service, great food. The place is clean, quiet, right by the Gulf with a dock and a pool. At the moment The restaurant was closed but we did have the included breakfast. The room was comfortable, A/C, TV, wifi available too(since phone reception is a bit tricky), refrigerator (there also more basic options on other rooms)....
