"J'ai réservé 7 hôtels différents pour un même voyage et pour celui-ci, mes données ont été compromises. Les fraudeurs avaient toute l'information de cette réservation spécifique entre leurs mains et j'ai été harcelée par téléphone et courriel pendant plusieurs jours. J'ai communiqué avec l'établissement, qui m'a demandé de leur soumettre l'adresse de l'arnaqueur. Ils ont alors annulé ma réservation (payée à l'avance) sans m'aviser, et ma réservation était toujours active dans l'appli Expedia....

"The accommodation was good. A slightly unusual solution was that there was no sink in the bathroom — you had to wash your hands in the kitchen. However, this wasn't a problem. "Yes, the facade is nice (art nouveau building), yes, the room is cute, but the service inexistent (we had to ask for toilet paper) and the breakfast buffet not even closed to a 4 stars standard hotel (we bought breakfast somewhere else even though we had payed for it)."
