"The good part : - The hotel is clean - Price is reasonable - Easy access to IT park - Free bottled water Concerns: - Staff not courteous, When I got down from the cab I needed help to take 2 luggages up the stairs ( standard courtesy extended at most hotels in India ) to reach reception area but the bell boys waited till I took the luggage up by myself. - Outside the hotel area is bit crowded and feels lil unsafe even the elevator don’t have floor access control. "

"5 stars for this place, but none from Expedia. The site didn't register that the place was fully booked. The owner didn't receive any notification of my reservation... Upon arrival, I was surprised to find the place full and I hadn't been informed of my booking. Aside from that, Joseph is a wonderful man, as is his team. He was understanding and did everything he could to find a solution. A truly kind soul. And now a friend. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. 🙏"
