"The refrigerator in room did not work, sink leaked, mirror in bathroom was cracked and not many choices for breakfast."

"Staff was nice and helpful. Property was a mess. First room I was given had 2 people on either side standing outside smoking so the room smelled like an ashtray. I asked for another room away from smokers and was given a room on the 3rd floor that was away from other people but didn't have a shower curtain. Phone in room also didn't work so I had to walk back to office to request a shower curtain. Nice lady showed up with one in 10 minutes and put it up. Bath towels were the dirtiest I...

"The lobby reeks of smoke and the hallways were not much better. Our room had an unidentified, yet not completely unpleasant smell. The bathtub is made out of some kind of multicolored composite that makes it difficult to see how clean it is. A number of questionable characters were hanging out in and around the hotel around our check-in at 9:30. Would not stay again. The woman who checked us in, however, was very nice and got us to our room quickly."

"Slow checking in. Once Kaylee came on duty things ran excellent. But arrived at 240pm and was told checking in earliest was 3pm. They didn't even try to take our information or payment before 3pm. This was after waiting for about 10 minutes at front desk without anyone in site even after ringing a bell twice. The room was spacious, comfortable beds. Took 5 minutes or more to get hot water, but good shower after that. Location and free parking always good."

"We could not stay in a room that had no sheets no towels no pillows and no toilet paper. The front desk was less than helpful and said nothing she could do. We were appalled and she charged 2 cards the full amount so now we have to wait for a refund. Respectfully disgusted."

"Three days with staff not changing sheets and we only got towels cause we asked at the front desk! I WON'T BE BACK......"

"Always clean!"

"Breakfast was wonderful!"
