"Tralasciando le regole da gulag della struttura,le "camere " del bristol sono semplicemente terribili per dimensioni,pulizia,arredo. Nonostante il costo fuori dal normale ho preferito lasciare la struttura prima del termine del soggiorno."

"The hotel itself was great. It had a retro feel which we loved and the staff were lovely. However, it seemed we couldn’t leave and re-enter after 10pm as we didn’t get a key to the main door. It also felt quite unsafe outside as there were many men hanging around trying to talk to you as you looked for the entrance. The entrance is quite concealed, so would be useful to be given instructions on how to find it. "
"This hotel is run down, the beds are over their estimated lifetime, so not comfortable at all.
Our door handle fell off.
The flush button on our toilet was constantly stuck, leading to a massive waste of water.
There are fungus at the walls in the toilet.
The room nr 1 is right next to the reception, so you can hear the noice from there clearly through the door, and specifically the receptionist talking on phone on speaker with someone for hours...
Table is wobbly, only one heater in the room...
"Nous avions réservé depuis le aout 2017.
A notre arrivée, acceuil glacial et on nous dit qu'il n'ont pas de réservation à notre nom!
En plus, soi-disant, ils ne sont plus sur EXPEDIA depuis 1 an!
Il nous ont proposé aucune alternative et nous avons dû dormir dans la voiture (nous n'avons pas trouvé d'autre hotel à prix raisonnable car période de salon du meuble)!
Je demande à EXPEDIA:
- de retirer de leur site ce soi-disant hotel
- un dédommagement dans les plus brefs délai"
