We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they kindly allowed us to store our bags for a while before check-in, which made exploring the area much easier. The room was comfortable, and everything was clean. We also appreciated the helpful recommendations for nearby places to eat; they pointed us to some great local restaurants. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a very nice hotel right beside Loreto Metro station making it super convenient to commute anywhere in Milan. The room was nice and beds were comfy. For our family of four including two kids, it was a decent choice. Nearby to the hotel are many good restaurants.Overall our stay was good and satisfactory.

Very good hotel. Great location and right by metro stop. Breakfast is good, and the staff very helpful. This hotel is pet friendly, which is true for most hotels in Italy. Unfortunately, I am allergic to flea bites. Most people are not, but this is a real issue for me.

The hotel was very clean and really well-equipped for a three-star property. The location was excellent for metro and bus access but was a little disappointing for dining options. There were plenty of places around for breakfast and lunch but few dinner restaurants unless you include KFC and McDonalds. I would stay here again just for the cleanliness and the helpful staff.

We ended up having an extra person so they provided us a bigger room so they could bring an extra roll away bed in for 2 nights. Little extra but not bad. Close to airport so not bad walk to hotel and employees always very helpful and accommodating. Would stay there again if back in Milan.

Good location right next to the metro and choice of buses. Outside of thr building didn't look great but inside it has been converted really well. We had the bonus of a balcony complete with furniture. Bit noisy because of the road but was a bonus we didn't expect. Staff are really helpful, maps advice etc.. We stored our luggage both before check in and after check out. Mini fridge in the room. A kettle would have been great. Breakfast was typical continental. Overall I would recommend the hotel
