"Spotlessly clean and well-located. A couple of things broken/not properly working (including an ensuite door), which was surprising for what appears to be a relatively new build. No welcome book or tea and coffee though the kitchen was otherwise well-equipped. Lack of caffeine to jumpstart in the morning before heading out was inconvenient and disappointing, but we found the Launnie Heights cafe a short walk away and had a great coffee and breakfast there. "
