"I gave them an EXCELLENT RATING as I like the hotel and the employees HOWEVER the Manager agreed to let me out of my reservation for 2/28 for one night as my business travel changed and I am not flying out of Philadelphia. She agreed and when I called Choice rewards she told them no. She then hid from my calls over multiple days so I had to dispute the charge on credit card.
