I stayed here on a weekday with my 9 year old son. Staff were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a door and the shower has a curtain which these days is not always the case! The pool was open and we did not find it excessively cold. You could feel warm water coming from the jets. The jacuzzi was operating but just had chemicals added so was down for 24 hours. The property is a little dated and not located in a walkable area. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Not the usual hotel carb fest. Workout room was small and the treadmill was not working. I'd have no qualms staying here again.

The front desk team members were very kind and informative! The housekeeping team very helpful and took care of any needs. The breakfast service was very good and was consistently refilled with fresh food and drinks. The day after check out the deposit that was on hold was released. This is a big bonus!
