"Did not get the information/codes they promised, had to wait for a long time trying to call the hotel who did not respond. After many attempts a distant poorly English speaking person answered and eventually answered. When we got in, the apartment was barely cleaned. A lot of dust and hair. Really nasty to bring little children to a place like that. Very bad experience. "

"The rooms were clean, laundry was fresh and there were plenty of shops nearby. The one downside was that there were no staff onsite (at least not visible) when we checked in or out. In addition, the elevator situation was not ideal, with only 2-3 people and 2 luggage items being able to fit at a time. Elevator only goes to the 4th floor and we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to the 5th floor. A minor inconvenience, but might make a booking difference for some."
