"Conveniently located where the boat docks, and where the buses/coaches -drop and start from. Walkable to reception where we were handled in a very pleasant manner. Given a Viking room with an excellent view of the waterfalls. Provided with eye masks as they have a skylight. If you like a dark room then you need to use them, as the at this time of year, not very much darkness. Ear plugs were provided as well. Room had a bed, chairs, tables, tv, kettle with some cups and coffee, plus small amount...

"Great location and staff was very helpful. Room was smaller than the cruise ship cabin we had, but it was sufficient and loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Easy to walk to the hotel, with luggage, from the cruise ship. And easy walk to shops and restaurants."

"This is a very nice low budget hotel with a restaurant connected. Checking in and out was easy with machines, and there was always staff for help. The hotel was in a good location close to tram 1 that goes to the airport and to the city centre. The only minus was that my window was facing a big street, and early in the morning they started some construction work."
