"My family had excellent stay here while visiting Rincon. John was an outstanding host and provided great communication before and during our stay. He took the time to share advice and suggestions about nearby activities. John also put out a plentiful and delicious spread for breakfast with a great variety including fresh fruit. "Another fabulous stay at Sandy Beach. This was our 7th year returning to this property. The unit was spotless, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The Property Manager was response and helpful, check in and departure was a breeze. Highly recommend! "
