"Très bon séjour dans l'hôtel, très belle petite plage en bas de l'hôtel, bon restaurant et breakfast. Je vous conseille les chambres quadruple , vous aurez un bungalow indépendantavec extérieur ,si vous prenez premium vous serez dans un bâtiment en béton avec moins de charme. Certes si vous désirez du standard européen en terme de nettoyage (salle de bain ) n'allez pas aux perhentian... Sauf peut-être le Marriott, mais pas le même budget.. Hôtel très agréable avec beaucoup de végétation et vue...

"It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

"I really liked Arwana and would stay here again. It’s literally right on the beach. The water is crystal clear and baby reef sharks swim around happily. Perhentian doesn’t have any roads so the hotel can arrange water taxis. We did the Redang island trip and the snorkelling trip, both arranged by Arwana and they were both excellent. Don’t go expecting a 5 star experience, but this hotel has a rustic charm, the room was nice and clean and the pool is a good size. It’s peaceful and exudes chilled...
