"Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. "Pleasant and friendly check in, clean showers and bathroom."

"The property itself was great but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the pillows and breakfast. The pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked proper support. "Old uncomfortable mattress. Very dodgy bathroom. TV very very small. Can’t adjust tv channels and volume."

"Hotel stay is average. No bottled water which I much prefer than going out of the room to get water. The room needs a fresh coat of paint as it looks gloomy. "
