"Property owner gave us a different unit last minute claiming a water issue with the original unit. The replacement unit was terrible. It stank like cigarettes, was on a fourth floor building with no elevator, bed sheets and pillows were dirty, etc. Property management didn’t even have the decency to offer us a hotel instead.
