Very cheap, no running water for the most of the time I stayed there, but the staff were very friendly and one of them spoke fluent english, and were available at pretty much any time of the night. Decent location, room was very clean but no duvet. Overrall worth it for the price.

Airport transfers, hot meals, tailor-made tours and a warm family atmosphere await you here. All staff speak Russian as a second language and three speak English. They are committed to family values and have a work/life balance so will work with you to plan excursions in advance so your needs are met and they can still spend time with their children. I had limited time yet saw so much touring with them. There are rooms for every budget, two routers for steady internet and good showers. The very cheapest rooms are incredible value for money - no bunks, your own room and bathroom, all for about the same price as a hostel dorm with a shared bathroom! Excellent. This hotel sells out quickly, so secure your booking early.

Nice and Clean boutigue Hotel

It is a really nice hotel with a very modern design, cosy well-equipped rooms. The bed was super comfortable. We had to get to the airport very early so we spent very little time in the hotel, but we had dinner there and the food was nice and good value for the price. We did not have breakfast due to our early departure, but we got a very early check-in and a very warm welcome. You need to walk to the center for around 20-30 minutes depending on your pace. You can use GG Taxi app if you don't have an Armenian phone number otherwise there are more taxi apps. The only poor thing about the hotel is that they are not calling you taxis and rather try to sell their own services which are in all fairness around 3-4x the local taxi rates. Other than that, I can only recommend the hotel very good value and much nicer than the hotel we stayed in the center.

Great stay

Manager was very welcoming and accommodating - the price of the hotel was superb for the cost. She even let us hold our bags as we had a later flight. If I come back to Yerevan I will stay here

OK, but with thin walls

The price-quality ratio is fine: clean with warm shower. My room was in the "second building", which is clearly simpler than those in the "main building". The biggest problem was the paper thin walls that made you feel like you were in a dormitory although you had your own room.

Misleading pics of accommodation

Everything mentioned in the booking was not the accommodation that was presented. Such as AC and TV. The front desk claims that the pics were taken from a new built building but not updated to current booking. I was staying at an older building in the back of the complex. Very upsetting. Front desk isn’t always attended, nor is the communication given by them.

キリキアのバスターミナルの向かいの方で入り組んだ様な場所にありますが治安は良い方だと思います。 ホテルから徒歩3分圏内にパン屋と24時間のコンビニもあるので買い出しには便利でした。清潔さは普通くらい ランドリーサービスがありますが2千ドラムほどかかりましたがアイロン掛けまでしてくれて助かりました。

청결, 신축건물, 버스터미널과 가까움. 하지만 엄청 시끄러움

트빌리시ㅡ예레반 버스터미널 도보 5분거리 입니다. 숙소 청결합니다. 신축 건물 같습니다. 근데 외부소음 전혀 방음 안됩니다. 방과 방 사이 소음 다 들립니다. 건너편 방 얘기소리 다 들립니다. 밤12시 넘어서까지 호텔 내 고성방가 지르며 떠드는 놈친미 있어도 호텔에서 아무 제재 안합니다. 건물 밖에서 담배피면 냄새 들어옵니다. 3박 하면서 투숙객들 소음, 고성방가, 음주가무, 건물 밖 소음들 때문에 고생 엄청했습니다.

Osceno. Sono stata malissimo

Soggiorno orribile, Appena arrivara mi hanno assegnato una stanza in un altra struttura fatiscente , con porta che non si chiudeva e appartamento osceno vecchio , in rovina. Ho chiesto spiegazioni del perche' la stanza non corrispondeca alle foto , e si sono giustificati dicendo che era la stanza economy. Mi hanno proposto di cambiare stanza al prezzo di 8000 dh, quando ho saldato gli extra 8000 dh , quasi 20 euro in piu' , mi hanno poi assegnato una stanza al terzo piano con puzza di fumo terrificante. Ho dovuto soggiornare tenendo la finestra aperta in pieno inverno con fuori -2 gradi sotto zero. Orribile ed osceno soggiorno! Mai piu'

You get what you pay for. My room didn’t have WiFi so in order to have a connection with the world of call a cab to the airport I had to go the main lobby. My room also didn’t have an AC which was an absolute hell because it’s hot even at night.

Careful: charges extra upon arrival

Careful: asked for extra money for each night or would not give us the room!!! We booked weeks ahead. Shortly before arrival, she wrote that I should cancel because they dont have any rooms available. I didnt see the message, as we were on our way to the hotel. Upon arrival, she asked us for additional (~25 USD), or she would not give us the room (so there were rooms available)... Reason for extra money: she doesnt make enough profit with the prepaid amount booked through hotels.com. Maybe because of a mistake she made, which is not the customers problem. We had to stay there, bc there we not other option on such a short notice. Additionally, she keeps claiming its a 10 Min. walk to the republic square. but its more than 30 Min. You basically have to take a taxi each time to get to and from the hotel. I only booked a hotel outside bc it was cheaper, which now ended up way more expensive. I cannot recommend. However, rooms are nice and clean. AC works but very weak. Wifi is ok.
