"Strategically located accommodation with friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms."

"A great place to stay, just a few minutes from Mirissa beach. The host was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka with his amazing breakfast (grandmas recipe), and his willingness to help and give tips for what to do. Thank you for having us!"

"this hotel is budget friendly but not that like regular hotel."

"The room and the property is very clean and modern . Although the host is not pro in his work. "

"great location, rooms basic but clean, no fridge, friendly staff and nice pool"

"We booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. "

"It was close to the beach and restaurants. Nice place and friendly staff "

"Very nice stay! Good rooms and lovely host. The kitchen is also a big plus"

"Friendly staff and delicious food. "

"Vet inte riktigt hur jag ska placera det här hotellet. Det är nytt och fortfarande relativt fräscht. Det känns som ambitionen finns där för vad det är, men man når inte riktigt dit. "It was a lovely place with very nice hosts and a nice clean room with a comfy bed. It is close to the beach and is located in the city, but away from the noisy road. The welcome drink is delicious, as well as the food they serve ☺️"

"For the price it was ok. It was clean, with a decent bathroom. It was cheap so I didn't expect too much. The people who run it are lovely, very friendly."

"This house is virtually a step away from the sea and it feels like you have your very own small, private beach. A bit far from the town for bars and restaurants but a good small local restaurant two minutes walk away. Breakfast provided, by a woman that comes to the house and uses the kitchen. Great in one sense but if you really like your privacy note that she does hang around each day for about 3 hours doing cleaning etc.. Overall if you like privacy and seclusion right on the beach, this...
