"My wife and I were in town for the Madeline Island Half Marathon run on May 17th and needed a new place to stay after our previous reservation at another VRBO was canceled on us by that host. This place was perfect for what we needed. It had a super comfortable bed, the soaking tub was AMAZING (and I wasn't even the one that ran!) and the peacefulness of the house was more than we could have hoped for. The only things I would suggest for improvements would be to have blackout curtains on the...

"It's a very cute place! We had an issue with the hot water and the property owner came by to check it out within 5 minutes of being called. He had someone over to fix it in less than 6 hours. If you stay here, we highly recommend spending time on Madeline Island; don't just use it as a launching point to other excursions. "

"1st time there. Very nice place and well maintained. Quiet in the mornings and evenings and the view of the Bay was gorgeous. Owner was always available for questions. We had the smallest and probably the oldest unit there and we were always comfortable. Only down part was that the early mornings drinking coffee on the deck enjoying the cool breeze from the Bay always seem to end too soon."
