"Got to stay 4 day's and is November time , must say the room was kept quiet warm especially at nights that the temperature dropped. Over all had a good experience with very helpful staff. The was breakfast included on my stay but i was too lazy to get up in the mornings 😁 , but the option was there if i wanted. I do raccomend this hotel. Is good value for money. "

"The room was on the side of the student pub opposite the Brayford and near the engine shed. Simple student room with a double bed, tv, clothes rack and an ensuite bathroom. Bed was very comfy and it was also quiet despite being Saturday night. An absolute little bargain for a night out in Lincoln."

"We were there as a base for 2 nights. We were upgraded as the site wasn’t busy. Steve, the Manager, was extremely friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be going again, and next time, for more than 2 nights."

"The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....
