"Poor communication with the staff who barely speak english. They couldn’t find our reservation… Only cash payment. Room was above average with blood on the sheets, very cold… Food was good and staff friendly but struggling with english "

"Booked via Hotel.com. The staff and the manager did not have knowledge of the reservation. They offered another room category for the same price I booked when in actuality that room was inferior and cheaper to book. Additionally, the manager I spoke to based in Leh was EXTREMELY rude. He claimed they don’t sell rooms on hotels.com and that I booked the room via an agent and that he couldn’t do anything. All I was politely asking for what I paid in terms of product and service.
