"We loved our stay here. The staff was fantastic and the food was incredible. Yes, the hotel itself is a little outdated but that’s part of its charm. I was a little taken aback at first but thoroughly enjoyed myself. Our waitress was phenomenal and the host/owner was very helpful and anxious to make your stay pleasurable. "Very convenient location. Family owned, very friendly staffs. The hotel has a good restaurant, there's plenty of other choices around too. Very close to ski rental shop and grocery stores. Within walking distance to Sedrun train station. Plenty of parking spaces. If I have to find some cons, the sound isolation wasn't so great between rooms. Sometimes we could smell odor (smoke?) from the next room too. Also keep in mind during winter the road to Andermatt is closed, but you could still use...
