"I booked a room for Friday to Sunday. We arrived at 1:15am Saturday morning (I called ahead of time and advised them that we would be arrive that late) When we arrived they had marked us as a no show, we sat there for over an hour waiting for them to sort out the situation and then they tried to charge me $615 for Saturday night (1 night) which was more than my two nights combined. Once I showed him my previous receipts they fixed the price and sent us to our room, after 2am at this point....
