Disliked: Amenities
Decent if you’re staying short term and do not want to cook, cause there is nothing but a microwave (No fridge or Freezer).
The best part about the place is their staffs and the nice people you get to meet
this place would be ideal if I was traveling just a bit lighter. it's not meant to be hanging out and relaxing at for prolonged periods. if all you need is a safe place to rest at night, this is it. excellent service!
It was a decent stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were nice. Had to go to basement to have access for the lockers to store luggage and also found the hallways a little too dark. There was no kitchen area either.
Very nice arrangement - compact, clean, with all requisite facilities. My only complaint is a broken flush in the toilet that leaked continually - causing much wastage of water - and resulted in a forever messy commode.
It's pretty nice and clean, the staff was helpful.
Tha capsules are comfy and secure.
I would definetly recommend it if you need to stay in Montréal 1-2 days and plan only sleep there
Overall had a good stay at capsule hotel! The pods were clean, pretty comfortable and was a great price. The only complaints are that it could get very hot and stuffy inside of the pods, and the bathrooms could have been cleaner - otherwise was an enjoyable stay!
This was the definition of "ok". The staff were super friendly and helpful, no issues there at all. The "rooms" and shared areas could use a little more attention. I understand this is an area with high turnover but the state the shared showers and washrooms was in was pretty sad

Liked: Staff & service
The capsule bed itself was nice and clean. The washroom and shower area could be better. Some washrooms didn’t even work and there was gross and grimy. The staff was very friendly and helpful so that made things better. It’s okay to stay for one night but I don’t think I could do more than that.
It was a great and comfortable hotel, with easy access to many of Montreal's highlights. The block it is in is slightly run down. Loved the design features in the hotel. Because the bathrooms are shared, they can get dirty quickly.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
A great unique experience. But for a middle aged man, once is enough. Rooms are super quiet and beds are comfy. Fans built into the rooms provide some fresh air. Lots of shower and restrooms. Everything is kept very clean.
Common area is very small with limited seating but has great snacks and coffees available for purchase.
Lockers are provided but Unfortunately during a bathroom break my tablet and messenger bag were stolen from the common area
Capsule is clean, very comfort. Perfect for solo traveler or with friends! It’s just the flush of the toilet gave me hard time. Doesn’t work well. And washroom is in the lounge which is a little uncomfortable for me when I eat it in the lounge cause there’s a fly. But overall it’s worth the price. Lots of shower cubicle. I will definitely come back.
The washrooms and bathrooms were dirty. The reception staff were nice and accommodating but the staff inside (who clean the common space) was rude. The ventilation in the capsule was not functioning properly which is really bad since the space is too small. The location is good. Overall I do not recommend.
The bed was in the box. I was surprised first. You can not stand in the box except sitting. You can not bring anything in the box. Whoever wants to sleepover there , once you are in the box, you will be comfortable. There is smart tv, air conditioner, lights, phone charger. And the bed is comfortable too. The price is also good.
Solo female traveller. Three nights.
It was great for what I needed: an affordable, safe place to sleep located within walking distance of the Convention center during the metro strike.
This section of Boul Saint-Laurent is a bit sketchy; the adjacent buildings are abandoned, but I did not see drug paraphernalia near the hotel, and I did not feel unsafe.
It is very well located to access pretty much anything.
There is a coffee shop and a pharmacy nearby.
There is no parking on site but there is an affordable outdoor parking lot less than 5 min away on Milton ave.
My capsule (double bed) was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival and they were able to accomodate me with an early check in.
The mattress is thin; if you have back problems, it may not be right for you.
I found the bathrooms, showers and the lockers clean and did not notice any musty smell like some older reviews mentioned. The toilets' water tanks are very slow to fill after flushing so I found that many people did not take the time to flush properly, leaving it for the next person to flush.
Think of it like a youth hostel with more privacy.
If I could make a suggestion to management it would be to have a proper place for people to store their shoes as I found that the hallways are crowded with boots, slippers, umbrellas... The hallways are very dark and it is a tripping hazard.
There is a coffee machine in the basement and vending machines.
I enjoyed the experience and would come back :)
