Great for the price, the double bed pod was spacious and was comfortable. There luggage storage lockers fit our large suitcase with no issues. The staff were very nice and accomodating!

I stayed here for 5days, It was a good stay, bed is clean, staffs are friendly, it was pretty good shower room & washrooms. However, I feel unsafe outside of hotel. Most store were closed, some homeless people were there.

The capsule bed itself was nice and clean. The washroom and shower area could be better. Some washrooms didn’t even work and there was gross and grimy. The staff was very friendly and helpful so that made things better. It’s okay to stay for one night but I don’t think I could do more than that.

It was a great and comfortable hotel, with easy access to many of Montreal's highlights. The block it is in is slightly run down. Loved the design features in the hotel. Because the bathrooms are shared, they can get dirty quickly.

Great experience! the pod beds were super clean, comfortable and quiet. The shared lockers and washrooms were great but could use around the hour cleanliness service due to high use and number of people at hotel. Close to transport and main attractions, lots of eating and food options. Suggest:expansion and adding sitting/dinning area on ground floor with natural light and street views. Also recommend creating a women’s only pod hotel. Also recommend a full clothing and no foul language policy in hotel.Definitely will recommend!

Solo female traveller. Three nights. It was great for what I needed: an affordable, safe place to sleep located within walking distance of the Convention center during the metro strike. This section of Boul Saint-Laurent is a bit sketchy; the adjacent buildings are abandoned, but I did not see drug paraphernalia near the hotel, and I did not feel unsafe. It is very well located to access pretty much anything. There is a coffee shop and a pharmacy nearby. There is no parking on site but there is an affordable outdoor parking lot less than 5 min away on Milton ave. My capsule (double bed) was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival and they were able to accomodate me with an early check in. The mattress is thin; if you have back problems, it may not be right for you. I found the bathrooms, showers and the lockers clean and did not notice any musty smell like some older reviews mentioned. The toilets' water tanks are very slow to fill after flushing so I found that many people did not take the time to flush properly, leaving it for the next person to flush. Think of it like a youth hostel with more privacy. If I could make a suggestion to management it would be to have a proper place for people to store their shoes as I found that the hallways are crowded with boots, slippers, umbrellas... The hallways are very dark and it is a tripping hazard. There is a coffee machine in the basement and vending machines. I enjoyed the experience and would come back :)

The bed was in the box. I was surprised first. You can not stand in the box except sitting. You can not bring anything in the box. Whoever wants to sleepover there , once you are in the box, you will be comfortable. There is smart tv, air conditioner, lights, phone charger. And the bed is comfortable too. The price is also good.

Its decent except the guy from capsule 29 who keeps on yelling to anyone whenever somebody make a noise as if he owns the place. Management should inform all guest that capsule can get noisely specially if you have no tolerance.
