The woman who owns the motel was friendly, efficient at check in and check out and informative about parking. Morning coffee in the office was actually made in a Mr Coffee and it was drinkable, hot and fresh! All at a great rate and an easy to find location! "The cabin was great. Keep in mind there is no shower but the claw tub was so nice we enjoyed soaking each night. The only downside was the driveway. The host is wonderful in communication about it so we were prepared. It just has a dip where a creek flowed through. Our tiny Honda Fit went through it just fine. They are very open and great to work with. We would be happy to stay again if the need arose. "

So many things to do in the area, we rented a boat on Bull Shoals and went swimming (yes, in October). One of the best property rentals we’ve stayed at. "These people were horrible and lairs. We drove 159 miles to no man's land only to be told they did not use Vrbo and we had no reservations. They claimed they e-mailed me but then said they did not have my e-mail address or any of my information. I think they cancelled our reservations on Vrbo and sent a message through this web site. Which I did not get. They claimed vrbo was a scam and they have no connection with vrbo. They never once apologized just said you got scammed. "

"This was the perfect get away! Everything you would need is here. The hot tub was a nice touch. Perfect grilling area! House is roomy and very nice. Looks new or newly redone. The decor was adorable! Rented a boat one day and don't forget breakfast at Cookies in Theodosia just a few miles away! Will be coming back."
