"We rented two “superior studio” apartments for 15 days .One was fine but the other was very very small- hardly room for luggage and two people. Both were the same price which was not warranted due to the size of the smaller one. The television never properly worked in the larger apartment even though the technician came. He could not fix the satellite connection and never returned. Also they were on the 6th floor and the lift only went to the 5th floor so we had to carry our luggage up and down...

"Die Kommunikation und Zusendung des Zimmercodes war eine Katastrophe! Man hatte mich scheinbar vergessen und ich musste per WhatsApp die Rezeption am anderen Ende der Stadt anschreiben. Erst erhielt ich nur den Zimmercode, wusste aber die Zimmer-Nummer nicht. Bis ich dies erfahren hatte, verging auch einige Zeit. Insgesamt habe ich 1 Stunde sinnlos vergeudet und hätte am liebsten wieder storniert, was aber nicht mehr möglich war. Es hieß dann, mir wurden die Daten bereits zugesendet, diese...

"For 2 stars hotel wonderful. It looks and feel lke way more. You can hear everything, we needed once to wait a bit for hot water and you can‘t darken the room - rest was great and beautiful room"

"Everything was great, except there’s only one bathroom and shower for like 12 guests. Wait times were long. Other than that, everything was fine. In a perfect location to explore Prague."

"Very barebones but priced appropriately as a result. Like a 5-10 min walk from nearest tram stop but it is quite uphill so it does get tiring even for two quite athletic people. Once at tram stop it’s 10 mins to city centre so it’s a very good price for a well located hotel. Not much in local area around it but the hotel is clean and safe and the lady at reception was fantastic."

"El lugar parece un edificio abandonado ... las paredes se caen a trozos . Las tuberías se ven ... huele fatal ... mucho ruido . El personal agresivo mal humor por no entenderme en mi idioma . Nada que ver con las fotos. Las comida de un día a otro . No hacen cambio de toallas en 6 días. Ni limpian habitaciones . Cobran de más. Y da miedo dormir por alli No existe ni bañera . Ni tele . Ni nada . La recepción está en el mismo espacio de desayuno el cual también se convierte en espacio...

"The apartments are large and in a great location in the heart of the old town. The managers of the apartment were helpful in responding online to issues. The reception staff were less helpful, Overall I thought the place a bit expensive for what it provided. No amenities. Perhaps the rate is high because parking (which in the end we didn’t need) is included."
