"When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here."

The air-conditioning was nice for the super hot nights. The pool was clean & very nice to have. The communication with the owner was quick & cordial. I would highly recommend this home. "Owners stopped by and left us two more beach chairs an hour after we arrived, a nice touch there were 4 of us. House was worn but working, could use a lot of gardening but we were only there nights. Coffee was provided, air conditioning worked great, shower and beach towels provided, and a bar/restaurant 1 block up the same side street. Abandoned house next door had two horses grazing (there are many abandoned houses in PR)."

"This house was fabulous. It was clean and the host thought of everything. She pays attention to little details that make you feel very welcome. Loved the washer and dryer and a enclosed area to eat together. There was 8 of us so not enough room to eat together in the house. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is the only multi storied apartment complex with multiple gates to keep animals away. Parking is in the front, don't expect any secure gate access. Walkable to all restaurants, beach and Biobay meet up points"
