"They were unable to locate my reservation upon check in, 30 minute delay. I ordered food and I was never informed that my food came in; 1 hour later when I inquired food was at front desk cold. Breakfast service is horrible and food not well prepared. Overall I do not recommend this hotel, very poor experience "

"I arrived in Popayan expecting to be picked up and driven to my home 30km away in Piendamo. Unfortunately, a strike was blocking the highway, so I needed a place to stay. This has happened before, and I know the hotel options in Popayan--a few luxury hotels, more than a few corporate business hotels, and many smaller hotels of varying quality.
