The property was safe, very easily accessible to the the downtown, clean. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay positive ie- packed a breakfast lunch for an early departure. Access to hot water was poor.

Lovely budget hotel

My flight plans changed suddenly and I needed a clean and safe hotel close to the airport. Hotel La Alcayata Popayan was perfect for my needs. This is a no frills hotel, but the bed was comfortable, the room quiet, and morning breakfast was cooked to order and great. The hotel was very clean, and staff was friendly and professional. The location a few blocks from Parque Caldas was safe and convenient. I would definitely stay here again should I need a room in Popayan.

Superbe hotel

Tout est parfait Quel accueil, quelle gentillesse dd la propriétaire aux employés qui sont aux petits soins avec leurs hôtes. Grande Chambre salle de bains avec eau chaude , literie confortable et tres bon petit déjeuner.
