"I booked this hotel then read the review and panicked!i dont think they stayed in the same hotel as us!lovely lady on reception greeted us,room spotlessly clean,breakfast was an added bonus! The views must be some of the best in albufeira!lots of lovely areas to sunbathe too and nice pool. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Wir waren nur 1 Nacht da. Das war auch gut so. Zu kleines Zimmer für 4 Personen. Kein Stuhl und kein Tisch. Nur 1 Steckdose. Leselampen an den Betten gab es mal. Nicht mehr vorhanden. Allgemein müßte man das Hostel renovieren. Im Vergleich zu anderer Hostels in Europa ist der Standard und Comfort schlecht. Frühstück war für einmal OK. Aber zu wenig Auswahl. "Amazing hostel! I stayed in the “economy suite” and it was great, a bit noisy as it’s next to the common area, elevator and main stairway but nothing I couldn’t sleep through with ear plugs. The pool and breakfast are worth the higher than avg cost. Staff do an excellent job with group activities, tours, and recommendations. Would 100% stay again."

"There were 3 good things about this property: 1. Great range of restaurants around this location. 2. Boat trips, water taxi is within walking distance. 3. Excellent service thanks to Liudmila. On the dark side , the beach is around 35 min walk, there was no air conditioner (had two fans instead), facilities was very basic and rooms are small. Overall was good for the price."

"Overall great stay. Look u pay what u get!! Like the pool overlooks carpark.. super central location. Rooms had a smell but again for all we payed well worth it. Not perfect like u can tell it was done on the cheaper side regards renovation but still modern and nicer than most other hotels I’ve stayed in.. overall great experience and I would stay here again. "

"I felt I should write a review after reading lots of bad reviews about this hotel, as I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very basic and doesn't have air conditioning but I knew this before booking. My room didn't get a lot of sun and the temperature was fine. It is clean and there were cleaners working all the time. There are a lot of steps in it but I didn't have a problem with that, there is an elevator. All the photos the hotel provides are exactly how it is. There is a lovely view from the pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was basic, as expected but enjoyable due to the lovely views. It is in an elevated position above the old town, so I would usually walk to the town, which isn't far and get an uber back, which was €4. The lady at reception was very pleasant. Overall, I knew what I had booked before I arrived and I didn't expect five star facilities at a two star hotel. Also I was travelling on my own and felt safe. "
