It is only about a 5 minute walk to the marina or to old town Lagos and just a 10 minute walk to a large grocery store - Pingo Doce. The negatives are: the house has a bad odor. It smells musty and the bathrooms have a slight sewage smell. The living room furniture, rug, stools need updated. The street is dirtier than most...
