"I read reviews about this property that helped me to choose it, big mistake. Whoever highly rated this place probably doesn't know better, very basic. You feel like you're in someone's house as opposed in a pousada. There's definitely better options for the cost of it. The overnight guy was very nice but one ladie in the day time was rough, from my room I could hear they talking on their phone, loud. Never again 😒. "

"The host asked me to pay upon my arrival as she supposedly had not received the money from hotels.com, even though I had prepaid through the plaftorm. Despite proof of payment provided to hotels.com and countless interactions with customer service, the hotel did not admit getting the payment twice and hotels.com completely let me down, saying it's the hotel's conditions and that they can't do anything about it.
