All check in and arrival was done via WhatsApp, whereas I think a personal hello would be better, where you could then explain where everything is etc. Breakfast is some cereal, toast, jam, tea, coffee which is left in the kitchen to help yourself. No organised groups/ events here which was fine for me but I know others wanted more prompts to get to know other people. Having optional activities might be useful. "

"Our stay was wonderful. We came to El Medano in 6 peaple - 2 kids, 4 adults. Everything was perfectly organised. Apartment ideal for 6 people- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garage, kitchen and spacious living room. Everything fully equiped and clean. Even the present for arrival was waiting for us! Children could easily find a swimming pool and have lots of fun. Very close to the beach, restaurants and market. No problems with parking on the street. Lots of atractions for children could be reached...

"We really enjoyed the stunning pool, and the proper Finnish sauna at the property. Pool is heated and warm even in February and it was equipped with a powerful hydromassage. The location is great and offers long days of sun with views to Teide and ocean. We also enjoyed watching the sun set in the atlantic ocean.
