Room was not preheated before my arrival, so it was only 12 C indoors. Had to set the thermostat to 32 C & wear my coat for 5 hours while room & bed heated up to a reasonable 23C. Lack of electric light on exterior stairs to second floor is a safety hazard. Aluminum storm door unable to be latched securely so...

"This property is no longer a motel! It has been converted into apartments, in a very sketchy area of town. One of the residents told me that the property owner has left this listing on Expedia so they can get money from people who pay in advance, with no chance of getting a refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE!"
