I expected an 'older' room but it needed a deep clean: stains on furniture, dirty shower curtain, stains on tub floor, worn bathmat. All small issues but together gave an overall icky feel to our 2-night stay. 'Free' breakfast wasn't much-cold cereal, waffles, bagels & English muffins. No milk for the cereal, powdered creamer for coffee. "

"Our room was freshly remodeled. Nice new tile bathroom with upgraded shower and lighted mirror as well as a better exhaust fan with timer. New big screen tv, new digital fireplace/heater. Upgraded fridge area with a sink and overall better laid out than the old rooms were. The motel was a great classic beachfront, now it's even better. "

"The motel is nice and the room was very clean. The bathroom looked a little unfinished as there were unpainted patches on the wall. I also wouldn’t recommend staying on the ground level (which is where my room was at) since the walls are very thin and you can hear the upstairs guests and the cleaners in the morning. But overall I found it a nice place to stay for a really cheap price. There is also a ton to do around the area which I found the best part of the stay."

"This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the entire place smelled awful and was extremely run down. The front desk staff immediately had an attitude, which only got worse throughout the interaction. When we entered the room, it smelled terrible, felt weirdly bare, and there was hair on the bed sheets.
