"First time here. Great location. Nice staff. We were in a unit back from the ocean, limited ocean view. Heavy footed neighbors above us, not the lodgings fault. The bed could have been better. The unit was very nice."

"The room had a great ocean view. The property was older but had been renovated somewhat. Our only complaint was the “pet friendly” building had an odor in the halls (I think from the old carpet) and the room smelled old and not fresh. This was disappointing because you could tell the room was cleaned well but the smell made it feel dirty. Overall the hotel was nice and the amenities including the game room were a perk. Also, the restaurant had really great food and dessert. All of the staff were very friendly. "

"I have been here quite a few times and have never been disappointed. Rooms are always very clean and all oceanfront. At check in and checkout staff are very professional and courteous. We ordered room service and they were pretty quick considering the fact that they were extremely busy and food was amazing!!! I had the prime rib and my boyfriend had the seafood pasta and both tasted amazing!!! I do wish they offered breakfast the next morning. But that is definitely not a deal breaker since there are wonderful restaurants nearby that serve breakfast/brunch and super yummy. I do miss seeing the huge jellyfish that was located in lobby area though. Price is also very reasonable. Overall had a great time. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away and destress!!! I will be going back for sure. Thank you "

"Fantastic house, great location, perfect getaway. We loved the easy access to the beach, short drive to Yachats, Newport, and Cape Perpetua, and the most comfortable beds. Can’t wait to return to Waldport/Bayshore and this amazing house someday soon."
