"The property is being kept up and the ADA room we were in was recently painted. The bed was comfortable. This is a very basic motel right off the main highway but it was still quiet. There was a refrigerator, TV, microwave and hairdryer. There are several fast food places and quick markets nearby plus it's only a few minutes drive to old town Newport or Nye Beach"

"Our stay was the coziest experience I’ve had in a while. We loved our room, being near the ocean, the fire pit for s’mores, and vegetarian breakfasts cooked fresh in the morning. I loved feeling taken care of with little details to make our stay nice, yet no one bugged us for anything and we felt so chill and at ease at this property. We’ll be back! "

"Overall it was a nice stay. Clean, spacious, lovely views. Fit our group of multigenerational adults and kids well.It was quite hot - most windows don't open, there is a sunroom attached, and there is no AC!Beach access is in walking distance, but on a separate property, and included a narrow and inclined trail. We were glad we checked it out before taking the little ones with. Thankfully there is a nearby public beach that was easier to access. We did have to drive though. Since it was unclear to us when booking, I will add that the upper and lower units are one house (mid-century 2 story). The second/lower unit is the walkout basement. We were happy to all be together!"
