"Booked a “2 queen beds room with forest view” Pleasant Suprise to walk into 2 queen bed condo with full kitchen and beautiful ocean in sight. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we could need. ( except groceries ) The bellmen were very quick and friendly to help transport our luggage. Front desk also friendly. Location was great as it’s a short walk to the Devils Punch Bowl. We got to see a baby seal on the beach! Perfect stay and great memories made !! "

"Wonderful Stay at the Lincoln Sands! Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4:30pm. Instead of having to wait 10-15 minutes to check in, the staff moved us to a nicer room that was already cleaned. We were able to enjoy salmon chowder and cookies at 5pm and ate a delicious breakfast in the morning before a lovely walk on the beach directly from the property. Highly recommend!! "

"The property is in a superb location and the price was excellent for what they provided! We were right next door to a good restaurant. After check-in, we had a wonderful meal. We then came back to the hotel room. I rested and my wife took a two mile walk along the beach which was just outside our room on the ground floor. The mattress was of a high quality and we slept well. The decor in the room was old but the room itself was exceptionally clean and the sheets on the bed were clean and fresh.
