"House was way more than we could have asked for. It was perfect for our trip to Lincoln city with more than adequate space. It is close enough to the town attractions and necessities, yet still far enough away from the road bluster to enjoy some quiet time. Will definitely rent it out again."

"Comfortable and cozy house in a nice, surprisingly quiet location in an older neighborhood on the north end of Lincoln City. Enjoyed the layout of the home, with 2 good-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and plenty of livingroom space for relaxing. Lots of trees in the area and we enjoyed watching the deer during evening hours. Easy off-street parking too.Located close to the beach, yet on higher ground outside the tsunami zone, which was important to my travel companion!"

"Moonstruck is a lovely house on a bluff overlooking the ocean. It is an easy 10 minute walk down to the beach. We wish the bushes in the backyard were trimmed lower because they block part of the view from the backyard and dining room. We were a party of 10 and the househad plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. for all of us. All you need to bring is food. The rooms were nice however the stairs going to the lower bedrooms was difficult for my 81 y/o sister to handle alone. The house has kid games for families. The chairs for the table definitely need to be replaced - vinyl is cracked and faded. The house was clean and there were plenty of fans to cool off since there is no air-conditioning. We wish the windows and doors had screens because the bugs enjoyed our company inside. The parking area can easily accommodate 4 cars and is is on the same level as the downstairs bedrooms. This made it easy to get my sister in and out of the car. The hot tub is awesome but the grounds around the tub and by the entrance to the house need simple weeding and clean-up. The stairs to the hot tub have wood rot and a nail sticks out. Several of the beds need upgrading - They were very uncomfortable. The backdoor to the deck is very hard to open and close and it is locked using a piece of wood. The linens and towels are very nice. My rating would be a solid 5 if simple maintenance issues like weeding, dings in the walls and rusted heating grates, etc. were done. It's a 4,"

"This is in a great location and very convenient with ocean view, beach access nearby, close to the Chinook Winds Casino and Grill and Safeway. The house is spacious and will acomodate a large group and has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating. A few minor maintenance/cleaning issues but the host was very helpful and quickly resolved them."
