"The air filtration system was very audible and kept us awake. There wasn't any individual seating nor a desk to sit at. There wasn't any lighting over the microwave, retrig. and sink area. The Keurig was not operating correctly, masking tape was placed around the cup seating area. The alarm clock was not operational. The entire glass shower was centered in the middle of the hotel room, without handrails, a bench or privacy. the toilet closet did not have handrails. The breakfast offered was in an entirely different building, across two parking lots. It was our wedding anniversary and was gifted a bottle of Elderberry Lemonade, candies and a card! Thank you."

"Lack of hospitality from Staff, especially the self proclaimed closest thing to a manager this place has Joe. Breakfast was mediocre at best. No fresh fruit, no breakfast meat, no waffles. We ended up eating out for breakfast which was an unplanned cost of the trip. Pool and hot tub were closed. Sauna out of order with a large BBQ inside, I guess you have to heat it somehow… Dirty room with toys left by previous occupants. Worst customer service ever! Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere! "

"The pool was inside, but it was cold and did not work because the pool was so cold. All the kids were in the Jacuzzi so it’s not able to relax the room was dirty and it was a horrible breakfast during the week. "

"The beachfront location is excellent: very convenient and close to everything. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The rooms felt updated, clean, and modern. Would definitely stay here again."
