"We loved the quick beach access and convenience of having a fenced yard for small children to safely play. The good: proximity to beach and town, individual apartments for families, bunk beds in a few apartments, a place to gather in one apartment, two picnic tables outside. The not-so-good: plumbing issues, damaged furniture, WiFi doesn't extend to all units, we ran out of toilet paper!
