"The staff help desk agent was very welcoming and respectful as well. Prior to booking, she had answered all of my questions that I had correctly with great insight. Her name was Mrs. Virginia. The room was very clean and cozy. I really enjoyed how peaceful the stay was. I felt as if I was the only person staying in the hotel. Breakfast was very delicious as well and I love how the dining area and self serve area is set up."

But the glass enclosure around the front desk and more security cameras than I count, made check-in feel more like withdrawing cash from a bank in a bad neighborhood. I didn't see any shady characters, but you don't go to that length for "no perticular reason"."

They mopped our floor the night we checked in because another room like ours wasn't available. We later noticed the bathroom shower was nasty. They had someone clean it the next day. "The desk clerk did not ask for ID when I arrived. Hours later the night clerk asked for my ID, Was told my room was 105 at the end of the building. 105 was near the middle. No iron or ironing board. No stopper for the sink. pillows uncomfortable. Sheets had not been changed and had stains. Needs a total upgrade. Room could have been cleaner. Wall socked for 220 volt was taped to the wall. This creates a safety hazard. No receipt when departing."
