"We never had much interaction with the host. Our guide was able to call and get our check in instructions for us. Other than the guide speaking with the host we never saw anyone. It had a nice location as it was in the Old Town and the room was clean and we felt safe. I would tell a friend about it but would let them know that there is no view but if that is not important then I would say it was a nice place to stay."
"Det va rent i rummet, duscharna och toaletterna. Hostelet har krympt avsevärt sen jag var där för två år sedan. "The social room" var inte alls lika fint och mysigt som det gamla. Var nu istället ett museum i dessa lokaler. Var även färre duschar.. Helt okay boende och dessutom billigt, mitt i centrum, 1 min från "Piața Mare""
"The owners and staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them more. The views, the fresh air, the silence, and the friendly environment will bring us back again and again."
"La struttura situata in zona periferica è di recente costruzione e di per sè molto gradevole, ma è gestita in modo non adeguato. All'arrivo è stato difficile riuscire ad entrare perchè l'ingresso era chiuso e le istruzioni ricevute via mail non erano chiare. Abbiamo chiamato un numero di telefono presente sul cancello e la persona che ha risposto mi ha fatto notare che la camera non era ancora stata pagata, (cosa del tutto normale in quanto il pagamento era previsto presso la struttura)....

Am rezervat această locație pentru părinții mei, iar la sosire, gazda le-a reproșat faptul că au făcut rezervarea prin intermediul Expedia. Nu consider că este responsabilitatea oaspeților să cunoască preferințele gazdei în privința platformei de rezervare. Personal, nu aș fi descoperit această locație fără Expedia, așa că prezența lor ar fi trebuit să fie apreciată, nu criticată.
