"The Magnussen is an older building, but well maintained. We have stayed here nearly every year for the past 7 years to attend the Shakespeare Festival. It's very reasonable price wise, walking distance to said festival, and the owner(s) (Mehda?) and staff are friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We will be staying here every year as long as we are attending the festival!"

"Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. "Great cabin. The host was amazing, and even let us check in a little early. Sent someone right over when we couldn't figured out the hot tub controls. Everyone loved the game room, the hot tub, the awesome tubs in the bathrooms. The massage chair was awesome. TVs in every bedroom, including the game room. Loved the fire pit, and the fact that there was wood. My kids loved that there were sleds, but there was no snow. I was kinda sad that we didn't need to build a fire in the house, because that...
