"The property was okay, it is an older motel and dated, but was clean. I don't know if something was going on that weekend in Montrose, but we paid over $180 for one night in a room that should have been $100 per night. The manager there in the morning was wonderful, due to COVID they could not open the breakfast area until 7 am but I needed coffee at 6:30 and he was happy to oblige, I was thankful for that :) If the price was more in line with the property, I would rate it higher."

"We had an amazing stay. The home was beautifully decorated, well stocked and very clean. The turf in the backyard was a ton of fun for playing games. Great location close to town, super safe and very friendly neighbors. Allie was a joy to work with, super responsive and very accommodating. 5 Stars!"
