"Was looking for a clean, quiet place for our family vacation and this place was wonderful. Woody was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and informatively. The big yard was wonderful for our dog to run around in and did I mention that this place was CLEAN? Nice screened in back porch, fire pit and grill for our use. I will definitely book here again in the future "

"Great open space with lots of room for our whole family. The bathrooms downstairs were a little tight for our handicapped parent and there were some water stains on the ceiling but the house itself was clean and had some extra things like soap and laundry detergent that we could use. The private beach was also amazing and is one of the only beach access areas I’ve seen in cape Charles that has an accessibility mat so the wheelchair could get all the way to the water. "This property was beautiful, clean, very large. We were able to sleep 17 people very comfortably. The screened in porch was great for relaxing at night. And the yard was large enough for the kids and dogs to hangout and play. The host were very helpful and even took steps before our arrival to make the house more comfortable. I recommend checking out their guide to things to do locally."
