Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...

"Had a brilliant stay at Rose cottage it’s a little gem. The hot tub overlooks countryside and it’s so private in your own little garden. Lovely lounge with comfy sofa and the bed is massive and very comfortable. The restaurant we only used on the last night but we wished we had gone more often, lovely hosts and the food that we had was gorgeous. The location is great for exploring the beautiful beaches and Gower peninsula, We will definitely be returning."
