The property was beautiful, there was plenty of outdoor space for kids to play, there was a hot tub and bonfire pit, comfortable bedrooms, a big kitchen and large tables for meals. It was also 10 minutes away from Ellicottville which we went to for some fun daytime activities. Truly wonderful stay!"

"I booked this cabin as an after Christmas trip for my family and our best friends' family. There were a total of 6 adults and 2 teens. Prior to the trip, I contacted the owner with a few questions and he got back to me right away each time. When we arrived, the cabin was clean, very well furnished and had everything we needed while we were there. It even had a Christmas tree and lights which made it so festive! "It was a cool and wet weekend near Ellicottville for what turned out to be a great day of skiing for us. This property was fully suitable for cozy evenings inside in the winter; board games, a decent pool table, Pac-Man (!), space to be together — or apart, and comfortable beds for everyone.
