"To start the staff was very unfriendly and told us that Expedia had over booked the rooms and they were not sure they had a room for us. We booked in November 2025. They did finally find us a room after I asked if I should leave to try and find a room to which they said I could if I wanted but fearing I would lose my money which I had fully paid I chose to stay. We were also told the pool was not available which was part of why we chose this hotel and they said Expedia should have advised us. ...
