"When you shower, due to the drainage system I guess, the smell of sewage is really bad and spreads the whole room which is not good. They clean and ventilate the room everyday tho. The room was a bit smaller and more stacked than I expected. There are bars and cafes just outside the hotel so there is always some noise, there was an event on the weekend so I struggled to sleep. Location was good, though still 20 min walk to the nearest metro station. I wouldn’t say it was good value for...

"6 stars if i could. The hotel is not fancy but is very clean, well maintained and in a great location. The staff were AMAZING they were so helpful with anything i needed. The effort the staff at the front desk made to help me at the hotel or anywhere i needed to go was above and beyond. I can’t say enough about how great the staff made my visit to Beijing. I will be back for certain."

"The staff was the best this hotel had . The rooms are ok but don’t expect a safe box in your room for your valuables because there is none . The day I checked in the inside of my closet was wet with water my clean clothes got wet still don’t know why the air inside of my closet was wet . There are not proper water facilities only one washer and 3 dryers they did not work properly. The location was good many restaurants. Staff lack of English skills was a problem for me ."

"Every staff member was very nice! However, the description doesn't match the actual situation! They don't have laundry facilities at all, yet that's listed on the website. I hope they correct the information as soon as possible and stop misleading consumers."
